Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on March 13, 2007 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance(s) in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to construct on Lot A (subdivided from 90 Brimsmead St.) a single family dwelling which will be non-conforming as to frontage, lot area and lot shape.  In accordance to Article VII, Subsection 200-41 "Minimum Frontage and Lot Area" and Subsection 200-42B "Lot Shape".  The lot in question is located in Zoning District A-3, being Map 56, Parcel 311 of the Assessors' Maps, also known as 90 Brimsmead St.

Chapter 200-49 B (2)(A).   The property is located in Zoning District A-2, being Map 105, Parcels 7 & 8 of the Assessor's Maps.  Also known as 1 Sherman St. (corner of Sherman St. & Farm Rd.)
